  • Payment first before starting the project.

  • Revisions are STRICTLY limited depending on which service you have purchase. Additional Revision will be Charged. ( $5 )

  • Provide as many References as you can.

  • You can also ask me if you wanted to allow me to design it on my own.

  • I won't be taking any revision especially I already started rendering the model.

  • Feel free to add small details as long as your vtuber is in sketch part and not by rendering/merging part.

  • Always credit me as your Vtuber Mama and tagged me when posting/using my works.

  • Avoid altering or editing the artworks without permission.

  • Erasing the watermark from the illustration will have additional fees.

  • I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media accounts for advertising and portfolio purposes, and will provide proper credit to the client and any other artists involved in the creation of the work.

  • I have the right to decline any commission or request that makes me uncomfortable or that I am not confident enough to complete.

  • I can refuse to accept your commission if it is too much for me.

  • If you have plan to use it commercially the price will be 2 - 3 times higher than the original price.

  • I accept USD and EURO currency ! ( for PHP currency just dm me )

  • I accept UPFRONT payment and HALF & HALF DOWNPAYMENT.

  • Email and Paypal email should be the same. This is to prevent scammers using a different PayPal email for transaction.

  • I will only send the files when I finish it all and after you fully paid your remaining balance.

  • I use Paypal, Gcash & Payoneer

  • I accept invoice for Paypal

  • I would really appreciate if you send the payment to me using Friends & Family because Paypal Fee is so high now. ( ╥ ω ╥ )
